CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  1. Refund Policy outlines the rules and regulations for the use of marketingwithhma.com
  2. In case you wish to cancel your orders placed at marketingwithhma.com, you could do so within 24 hrs of the orders being placed. The cancellation would not be done once the work has already been started.

  3. Marketing With HMA strives to deliver the highest quality products for our clients. If you at any time in development are not satisfied, you can ask for a refund. In this case,for any client who is not satisfied with our services, we can provide a refund within 30 days from the date of the first installment. The refund will be made after deducting the service tax and the hourly charges for the work completed by us. No refund will be given if:
  4. You have already approved the design mock-up. This condition will not apply if we are unable to complete the project as per the project’s specifications.
  5. The project delays are caused by a lack of communication from your end. If paid by credit card, refunds will be done to the credit card number provided at the time of purchase and in case of debit card / net banking payments refund will be made to the same account.

At Marketing With HMA, once a payment or deposit is made for any of our services (including Web Design & Development, Social Media Marketing, SEO, PPC, and Email Marketing), it is non-refundable. This policy applies due to the extensive resources, time, and internal expenses involved. If a project or service is cancelled, delayed, or postponed by the client, all amounts paid will be retained by Marketing With HMA. Additional costs may be charged for work completed beyond what was already paid for. All completed projects as defined in the scope of work are non-refundable. For instance, if only 50% of a web design project has been paid and more than 85% of the project is completed at the time of cancellation, the client must pay the full agreed-upon proposal amount.

    Web Hosting

The web hosting amount paid by the client on a yearly contract can’t be refunded since the payment is made to the 3rd party hosting provider in advance by Marketing With HMA and the server is configured as per the needs of the client. Monthly/quarterly contracts can be cancelled by informing us at least one month in advance before the renewal date. Once the account is renewed, the client will have to pay for the renewed duration. No refund will be made for the remaining period of the hosting contract if the cancellation request is made after entering the contract period.

    Domain registrations
  8. Domain registrations are not eligible for refunds once the booking is complete.
