Introduction This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds of digital marketing services provided by Marketing with HMA(“Agency”). By using the services provided by the Agency, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
Cancellation Policy The Client may cancel the services provided by the Agency at any time by providing written notice to the Agency. The Client shall be responsible for paying for all services rendered up to the date of cancellation.
Refund Policy The Agency does not offer refunds for services already rendered. If the Client is not satisfied with the services provided by the Agency, the Client may request that the Agency make changes to the services provided. If the Client and the Agency are unable to reach an agreement on changes to the services, the Client may cancel the services as outlined in the Cancellation Policy.
Disclaimer The Agency makes no representations or warranties regarding the results of the services provided. The Client understands and agrees that the success of digital marketing efforts depends on various factors outside the control of the Agency, including but not limited to: changes in search engine algorithms, changes in social media algorithms, changes in advertising platform algorithms, and changes in the Client’s business or industry.
